Public Mobile international calling and texting
Can I use my Public Mobile phone internationally?
Public Mobile lets Canadian customers roam within the United States using a 15-day roaming add-on plan.
Public Mobile says their U.S. coverage includes all 50 states, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but service is Alaska is limited to Public Mobile customers with VoLTE devices.

What if I’m travelling to a different country and I’m with Public Mobile?

If your phone supports eSIM, you can download an eSIM (digital SIM card) for your destination and use that for prepaid mobile data on your trip.
Need a phone number for calling and texting while you’re away? No problem! Our sister app, Hushed, lets you get a temporary phone number for just $2.99, and you can keep it as long as you want.

There are plenty of ways to talk and text while you’re travelling internationally.
Over either Wi-Fi or your eSIM data, iPhone users can rely on iMessage and FaceTime. There are also social media apps with messaging and calling.
Anyone can get a temporary phone number from Hushed for calling and texting over the internet on a private number.
