We have packages designed for travellers of all types. Some folks just want a bit of internet to check emails and book reservations on the go, and others want enough internet to stream HD movies on the beach. If you’re not sure how much you’ll need, we recommend the Explorer plan which provides 1GB-2GB per day.

It depends on how much internet you’ll probably use on your trip. Some travellers stick close to their hotel or resort, and just use free Wi-Fi most of the time. Other travellers are out adventuring, and need a lot of data to stay connected. You can always start with a smaller amount of data, and top up if needed.

Your data package won’t activate until you arrive at your destination and automatically connect to a network for the first time. We recommend installing your eSIM before travel, so you know it’s going to work immediately after arriving.

Yes! If you need more data mid-trip, you can top up your eSIM with a fresh data plan. We’ll send you a reminder when your plan is running low, as you’ll need internet to purchase more data.

We have regional eSIMs that work in multiple countries. If you’ll be travelling around Europe, for example, it’s easier to use the Europe eSIM than to purchase data plans for individual countries.

If you run out of data, you can top up your eSIM with a fresh data plan. This requires internet, so you may need to hop onto Wi-Fi for a few minutes to do this.
