What is the aloSIM Loyalty Program?

The aloSIM loyalty program is our way of thanking travellers who trust aloSIM to stay connected on vacation!

No need to opt in! With every eSIM purchase you make, you’ll automatically earn 5% back in aloCASH credit to use on future aloSIM purchases.

How to earn rewards through the program

Make purchases

With every purchase you make, you’ll gain 5% back in credits as a reward for your loyalty. Credits are valid for one (1) year and can be used towards future purchases.

Spend your loyalty aloCASH

When you’ve saved up your aloCASH loyalty credit and you’re to use it, just select the ‘Use aloCASH’ box at checkout to apply your credit to your purchase.

Frequently asked questions

You can use your aloSIM credits to purchase eSIM data using our mobile app or via the aloSIM website. During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to select ‘Use aloCASH’ to apply your aloSIM loyalty credits to your total.

In the aloSIM app, click the “Rewards” tab at the bottom. You’ll find your aloSIM loyalty credit balance displayed at the top of the tab under “aloCASH”.

Your loyalty credits will be valid for a one-year period in your account. After that, they will expire.
