Spectrum Mobile customers can choose pay-per-use rates for international calling and texting, or they can toggle off their primary SIM and choose to use Wi-Fi, local SIM cards, or downloadable eSIMs.

How do I use my Spectrum Mobile phone number internationally?

 

Spectrum Mobile makes it easy to use your regular number while you’re in another country, and their website clearly shows the calling and data rates for 200+ supported countries.

 

Free international texting (incoming and outgoing) is included for most countries, which is a nice Spectrum Mobile perk. Select your destination to see their current rates for active calling minutes.

How do I get international data if I choose not to use Spectrum Mobile?

 

1. Make sure you have a device that supports eSIM

2. Download the free aloSIM app

3. Buy and install an eSIM (digital SIM)

4. Switch off your Spectrum Mobile SIM right before travel

5. Activate your prepaid data package
