This aloSIM Refer & Earn Program allows registered users of aloSIM to refer their friends in order to earn ‘aloCASH’ (i.e. credits that can be used by users on their future purchases via aloSIM).

Please see below for applicable terms and conditions, which are incorporated into and considered part of the aloSIM Terms of Use.

By participating in the Refer & Earn Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Eligibility Requirements 

a. To be eligible for the Refer & Earn Program, the referring user (“Referrer”) must:

i. create or already have an account in good standing with aloSIM; and

ii. have made at least one purchase from aloSIM for a minimum amount (as identified by aloSIM at the time) prior to making a referral.

b. To be eligible for this promotion, the referred user (“Referred User”) must be new to aloSIM and must create an account using the referral code or apply it at checkout on their first purchase as described below.

2. Referral Procedure – Steps to Follow

a. Step 1: Referrer should obtain its unique referral code (“Referral Code”) by going to the referral section of the aloSIM app titled Refer & Earn.  A new Referral Code is required for each Referred User.

b. Step 2: Referrer should share the Referral Code with the Referred User.

c. Step 3: Referred User should use the Referral Code while creating an aloSIM account and completing its first purchase.

d. Step 4: After the Referred User successfully completes its first purchase, Referrer will be notified via email. Following completion of the purchase, Referrer will receive ‘aloCASH’ as reward, which will be visible in Referrer’s referral reward section of the platform.

e. Step 5. Referrers may use the earned ‘aloCASH’ at checkout and purchase any eSIM or top-up, subject to the terms and conditions set out here.

3. General Terms and Conditions

a. The referral discount (and Referral Code) cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotions.

b. aloCASH cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotions. aloCASH or any other referral credit is non-transferable and non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other promotions. aloCASH shall also be subject to an expiry date as set out in the Referrer’s aloSIM account.

c. aloSIM may, at its sole discretion, disqualify or reject the use of Referral Codes, including in the event a Referral Code has already been redeemed or a Referrer or Referred Users does not fulfill eligibility requirements.

d. aloSIM reserves the right to cancel or modify the Referral Program for any reason whatsoever and reserves the right to cancel or modify any order for any of the following reasons:

i. suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity;

ii. referral program abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers;

iii. use of referral codes or discounts in bad faith (including resold eSIMs or use of discount by customers purchasing products for the purpose of re-selling);

iv. violation of aloSIM’s Terms of Use.
