    Can all compatible devices use an eSIM?

    While most eSIM-compatible phones and tablets have no problem installing an eSIM, there’s one exception that might be holding you back.

    If your phone is locked to a specific carrier, that carrier will prevent you from connecting to other networks. This is sometimes common if you’re on a payment plan for your device, but carriers will sometimes unlock your phone if you ask nicely.
